Position Limits
On certain markets we impose position limits that define the maximum aggregate position an individual can hold on a single contract.
If, at the daily market close, a Nadex account holder or a customer of an FCM member holds a position on the exchange that is at or above the reportable level, Nadex is required to inform the CFTC of that position for their records.
