US Residents

Make a deposit from your checking account*

Depositing via Debit Card is the fastest, most convenient method to fund your Nadex account. Your funds will be made available as soon as the deposit is submitted on the Nadex platform.

To fund your account with a Debit Card, please select ‘Add’ in the QuickFund box on the Nadex platform.

Note: To protect the Exchange and our Members against Money Laundering, we must collect additional information if you have funded with a new debit card and would like to make a withdrawal to your bank account. Please email your bank statement that displays a debit transaction to Nadex, your bank name, your full name, and your full checking account number to payments@nadex.com. Please also add your bank details into the Nadex platform by selecting My Account > My Wallet > Add Bank Account.

Members can easily transfer funds from their personal checking account into their Nadex account by using our ACH Deposit method.

To fund your account with an ACH Deposit, please select ‘Add’ in the QuickFund box on the Nadex platform.

Nadex offers $500 in Real-Time Accounting (RTAF). RTAF is an advancement of funds before the ACH Deposit clears the banks, which can take 3-5 business days. For example, if you deposit $1000, you will receive access to $500 immediately, and the other $500 will be made available in 3-5 business days. 14 days after the first deposit clears, you can receive up to $1000 in RTAF.

Note: To protect the Exchange and our Members against Money Laundering, there is a 5 business day withdrawal hold period after the initial deposit from a new bank account.

You can Wire Transfer funds directly from a U.S. financial institution account to your Nadex account.

For instructions on how to Wire Transfer funds into your Nadex account, please login to the Nadex Platform and select My Account > Account Funding > Deposit – Wire Transfer.

Note: Nadex takes the integrity of the Exchange and the safety of Member funds seriously. Member funds are segregated and held in accordance with the CFTC regulations regarding Member property. In addition, all Member funds are held in accounts in the U.S. at BMO Harris Bank and Fifth Third Bank. Learn more about how Nadex segregates your funds.

Please make your paper check payable to Nadex Inc. and send it by mail to the address below. Make sure that you include your Nadex username on the check.

Please allow five working days from when we receive the check for the funds to clear and be deposited into your account.

Make a withdrawal

Nadex does not charge any fees for an ACH withdrawal.

After initiating an ACH withdrawal, please allow 3-5 business days for your funds to be returned to your bank account.

Note: To protect the Exchange and our Members against Money Laundering, there is a 5 business day withdrawal hold period after the initial deposit from a new bank account.

Wire withdrawal requests received before 4pm ET, Monday through Thursday, or before 3:15pm ET on Friday will be processed on the same business day. All requests received after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day.

There is a $25.00 processing fee for wire withdrawals.

Unfortunately, we are unable to withdraw funds back to a debit card. You may, however, request a withdrawal via ACH or Wire Transfer once your card is verified.

As mentioned, there is a one-time card verification process when funding with any new debit card. Please add your bank details into the Nadex platform by selecting My Account > My Wallet > Add Bank Account. Please also e-mail a bank statement that displays a debit transaction to Nadex, your bank name, your full name, and your full checking account number to payments@nadex.com. In 1-2 business days, you will receive a verification email from our Payments Team and will be eligible for ACH or Wire withdrawals.

Non-US Residents

You can send an International Bank Transfer directly from your bank account to your Nadex account.

For instructions on how to send an International Bank Transfer into your Nadex account, please login to the Nadex Platform and select My Account > Account Funding > Deposit – Wire Transfer.

Make a withdrawal

International Bank Transfer withdrawal requests received before 4pm ET, Monday through Thursday, or before 3:15pm ET on Friday will be processed on the same business day. All requests received after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day.
