US Residents

Make a deposit from your checking account*

Debit card is the quickest funding method for your Nadex account. There are no fees and funds are available instantly in your Nadex account. Please login to your Nadex account to initiate a debit card deposit from your personal checking account.

Please note: there is a one-time debit card verification process for any new debit card deposit. Please see the debit card withdrawal section for additional information.

Please login to your Nadex account to initiate an ACH deposit from your personal checking account.

Please note: ACH deposits clear in 3-5 business days.

Please login to your Nadex account for instructions about initiating a wire transfer deposit to your Nadex account. Select My Account > Account Funding > Depositing – Wire Transfer.

Wire transfer deposits are processed as soon as we receive notification from our bank (typically within 24 hours).

Please make your paper check payable to Nadex Inc. and send it by mail to the address below. Make sure that you include your Nadex username on the check.

Please allow five working days from when we receive the check for the funds to clear and be deposited into your account.

Make a withdrawal

Nadex does not charge any fees for an ACH withdrawal. Please login to your Nadex account and select ‘My Account’ to initiate an ACH withdrawal. After initiating the withdrawal, please allow 3-5 business days for your funds to be returned to your bank account.

Please note: Nadex may require additional documentation for proof of bank account ownership.

Please login to your Nadex account and select ‘My Account’ to initiate a wire withdrawal.

Wire withdrawal requests received before 4pm ET, Monday through Thursday, or before 3:15pm ET on Friday will be processed on the same business day. All requests received after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day.

There is a $25.00 processing fee for wire withdrawals.

Unfortunately we are unable to withdraw funds back to a debit card. You may, however, request a withdrawal via ACH or Wire Transfer once your debit card is verified.

To verify the debit card, we require a bank statement showing your full name and address, the bank name or logo, your full checking account number, and a debit transaction submitted to Nadex. You may upload this document by logging into your account and selecting My Account > Upload Document > Select Document to Upload. This is a one-time process for any newly-funded debit card.

Non-US Residents

You can send an International Bank Transfer directly from your bank account to your Nadex account.

For instructions on how to send an International Bank Transfer into your Nadex account, please login to the Nadex Platform and select My Account > Account Funding > Deposit – Wire Transfer.

* Please deposit from your personal checking account. We are required to return deposits from savings accounts, checking accounts not in the account holder's name, or other types of accounts, such as business/entity accounts. This may delay funding, cause issues, and/or result in you incurring fees.  Non-acceptable forms of deposit include, but are not limited to, cash currency, money orders, cashier's checks, drafts or wires from currency exchanges, etc.
