Amend the Holiday Schedule for the Thanksgiving 2008 Holiday

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), HedgeStreet intends to amend its trading hours and listing schedule for the Thanksgiving Holiday, November 26-28, 2008 effective Monday, October 27, 2008 as follows:

Wednesday, November 26, 2008: All intraday and daily contracts will expire at the normal times. All weekly contracts will be available for trading until 5:00 pm ET, and the Exchange will close at 5:00 pm ET. The regular 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm ET evening session will not be held on November 26, 2008.

Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2008: The Exchange will be closed. The regular 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm ET evening session will not be held on November 27, 2008.

Friday, November 28, 2008: The Exchange will open at the regular time of 8:00 am ET. All daily contracts will be available for trading at 8:00 am and will close at their regular times. All intraday contracts will be available for trading and will close at their regular times. All weekly contracts scheduled to expire on Friday, November 28, 2008, will also be available for trading at 8:00 am and will close at their regular times.
