Pursuant to Commission Regulation 40.6(c)(2)(iv), the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved amendments to the existing Payout Criteria in the Daily Currency Fixed Payout Hedgelet Contracts, listed below:
Currency Exchange EUR/USD
Currency Exchange GBP/USD
Currency Exchange USD/YEN
Currency Exchange USD/CHF
Additionally, the Payout Criteria in the Spot Natural Gas Fixed Payout Hedgelet Contracts were also amended.
These Rule amendments were made effective at the start of business on Thursday, September 15, 2005. Click here to view the Rule amendments.
