Due to a delay in the release of the New York prices in the spot EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/YEN, USD/CHF foreign currency markets (usually scheduled for daily release at approximately 5PM EST), HedgeStreet is amending the currency strike prices in the Spot Hedgelets and using the 12PM EST price samples for these instruments to be traded on the market, Tuesday, September 27, 2005. HedgeStreet will resume using the 5 PM EST currency prices for the Spot HedgeStreet strike prices to be listed for trading on Wednesday, September 28, 2005, if they are available.
