HedgeStreet® Amends the Payout Criteria for Certain Daily and Weekly Binary Contract

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation 40.6(a), the HedgeStreet intends to amend the certain daily and weekly Payout Criteria for the following seven (7) Binary Contracts effective Monday, March 17, 2008.

RULE 12.20 CRUDE BINARY CONTRACTS

RULE 12.22 CURRENCY EXCHANGE GBP/USD BINARY CONTRACTS

RULE 12.24 CURRENCY EXCHANGE USD/CHF BINARY CONTRACTS

RULE 12.27 GOLD BINARY CONTRACTS

RULE 12.31 SILVER BINARY CONTRACTS
