Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act and Commission Regulation §40.6(a) and with an effective date of Wednesday, March 11, 2009, HedgeStreet is amending and relisting Core CPI Event contracts, as represented in Rule 12.48.
