Holiday Schedule for the October 2, 2009 Korean Holiday

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex amends its trading hours and listing schedule for the October 2, 2009 Korean Holiday. The effective date of the amendments will be September 28, 2009.

For the Korean Holiday on October 2, 2009, Nadex will observe the following business hours:

Thursday, October 1, 2009: The Exchange will observe regular exchange hours. Contract specific trading hours on October 1, 2009 for the Korea 200 Contracts are as follows:

• All Daily Korea 200 contracts will be available for trading during the evening session from 8:00 pm ET on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 and will close at their regular times.

• All Weekly Binary Korea 200 contracts listed on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at 8:00 pm ET will have an expiration and settlement date of Thursday, October 1, 2009 and will close at 2:05 am ET.

Friday, October 2, 2009: The Exchange will observe regular exchange hours. No Korea 200 contracts will be offered.
