Nadex Adds Additional Strike Levels on a Discretionary Basis for Trade Dates June 6 and 7, 2012

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.5, 12.7, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65 Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily Silver, US Tech 100, Wall Street 30, US 500, and US SmallCap 2000 Binary Contracts for trade date June 6, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex returned to the regular listing schedule for these contracts on June 7, 2012. Nadex also added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily Gold Binary Contracts for trade date June 7, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex returned to the regular listing schedule for these contracts on June 8, 2012.
