Nadex Adds Discretionary Strike Levels for the Week of September 21, 2015

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules 12.51, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, due to volatility in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US Tech 100, Wall Street 30, SmallCap 2000, and US 500 Binary contracts on September 22, 2015. Additionally, Nadex added additional discretionary strikes in its Daily Germany 30, US Tech 100, US 500, and Wall Street 30 Binary contracts on September 24, 2015 due to volatility in the underlying markets. Finally, Nadex added additional discretionary strikes in its Daily US Tech 100 Binary contracts on September 25, 2015 due to volatility in the underlying markets.

Nadex plans to return to its regular listing schedule for all contracts on Monday, September 28, 2015.
