Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, Commission Regulation §40.6(d), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules 12, Nadex has added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US 500, US Tech 100, US SmallCap 2000, Wall St 30, Germany 30, AUD/USD, EUR/USD and its Weekly Germany 30 and US SmallCap 2000 Binary Contracts for trade date October 27, 2011 due to volatility in the underlying markets on those days. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule on October 28, 2011 for its Daily US 500, US Tech 100, US SmallCap 2000, Wall St 30, Germany 30, AUD/USD and EUR/USD Binary Contracts, and to its regular listing schedule for its Weekly Germany 30 and US SmallCap 2000 Binary Contracts on October 31, 2011.
