Nadex Adds Strikes on a Discretionary Basis on Trade Date April 4, 2012 and Settles its Non-Farm Payrolls Binary Contracts on April 9, 2012

2012

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, Commission Regulation §40.6(d), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.5, 12.7, 12.51, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US Tech 100, Wall St 30, US 2000, Germany 30, Silver, and Gold Binary Contracts for trade date April 4, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex returned to the regular listing schedule for these contracts on April 5, 2012.

Additionally, due to the US Good Friday holiday on April 6, 2012, Nadex settled its Non-Farm Payrolls Binary Contracts on Monday, April 9, 2012, rather than Friday, April 6, 2012, as the Exchange was closed for the holiday.
