Nadex Adds Strikes on a Discretionary Basis on Trade Dates May 7-9, 2012

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, Commission Regulation §40.6(d), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.5, 12.51, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US Tech 100 Binary Contracts for trade date May 7, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex returned to the regular listing schedule for these contracts on May 8, 2012. Nadex also added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily Gold, Wall Street 30, and US Tech 100 Binary Contracts for trade date May 8, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex returned to the regular listing schedule for these contracts on May 9, 2012. Finally, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily Wall St 30, US Tech 100, US 500, US SmallCap 2000, and Germany 30 Binary Contracts for trade date May 9, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex returned to the regular listing schedule for these contracts on May 10, 2012.
