Nadex Adopts “Demo Account Conversion Program”

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex submitted to the Commission a self-certification with its intent to adopt a temporary “Demo Account Conversion Program”, which would provide for the temporary waiver of trading and settlement fees for those prospective Members who meet the specific criteria set forth in the Program. This Program will become effective December 17, 2012.
