Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex amends the responsibilities of its chief operating officer as set forth in Rule 2.3. These rule amendments are effect for the start of business on trading day Monday, November 8, 2010.
