Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex amends the language to its Rules relating to Trading Hours (Rule 5.11) and Adjustments Necessitated by Material Changes in the Underlying (Rule 7.1). The changes are effective on Thursday, November 26, 2009.
