Nadex Amends Rulebook to Comply with OCR Requirements

Please be advised that Nadex has updated its Rulebook to incorporate the amendments filed with the Commission on April 1, 2016, in order to conform to the Ownership and Control Reports (“OCR”) requirements adopted by the Commission on November 18, 2013. The OCR regulation would require Nadex, as a designated contract market, to report certain Member and trade information to the Commission based on the aggregate contract level within a product Class. The Rulebook amendments reflect the new volume threshold level of 50 contracts, and assign the term “Special Account Level” to the level currently used to identify large traders. Note that the Commission has extended the deadline for implementation of this Regulation to September 29, 2106. Unless otherwise indicated by notice, Nadex will not begin reporting Member and trade information until that date.
