Nadex Amends the Underlying Futures Contract Cycle for Various Contracts

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex amends the Underlying Futures Contract Cycle for all Gold, Crude Oil, Silver, Natural Gas, Copper, Soybean, Corn, RBOB Gas, Germany 30, FTSE 100, Korea 200, Wall St 30, US Tech 100, US 500, Japan 225, and India 50 Contracts, as represented in Rules 12.7-12.9, 12.16, 12.20, 12.27, 12.29, 12.31, 12.38, 12.41-12.45, 12.75-12.79, 12.82-12.95. The changes are effective for the start of business on trading day Monday, November 15, 2010.
