Nadex Changes Underlying Foreign Currency Data Provider

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and Section 40.6(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”), Nadex submitted notice to the Commission that Nadex will discontinue using the current NadexFX data feed to collect underlying foreign currency data in order to calculate the relevant Expiration Value for the derivative contracts, and replace the feed with data provided by ICE Data Connectivity and Feeds, Inc. The change to the new feed will not take place until January 27, 2023 at the earliest.
