Nadex d/b/a OG.com Markets Certifies HYPE Perpetual Futures Contract

Nadex d/b/a OG.com Markets submitted multiple CFTC Regulation 40.2(a) self-certifications for cash-settled perpetual futures contracts for HYPE (HYPE). The contracts are USD-settled perpetual index futures designed to track the underlying spot digital asset price through periodic funding-rate cash adjustments between long and short position holders. The products are margined and FCM-intermediated, requiring customers to access the contracts through a CFTC-registered FCM (or an IB connected to an FCM).
