Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex plans to extend its “Refer-A-Friend” program, originally submitted to the Commission on August 16, 2012, from December 31, 2012 to March 31, 2013. The specific terms of the program will remain the same.
