Nadex/OG.com submits Security Futures Perpetuals for CFTC approval

OG.com Markets has submitted to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) for approval the contract specifications for multiple new perpetual security futures products. The submission was made pursuant to the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC Regulation 41.23 and is related to OG.com Submission No. 2026-11 concerning the adoption of Exchange Rulebook Chapter 16 (Perpetual Security Futures). Subject to CFTC approval, the contracts will be listed for trading and clearing on OG.com Markets on the approval date or as otherwise announced on the Exchange website and trading platform.
