Nadex Product Schedule for the 2010 US Thanksgiving Day Holiday, Thursday, November 25, 2010

For the US thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 25, 2010, Nadex will observe the following business hours:

Monday, November 22, 2010: The Exchange will observe regular business hours. All Weekly contracts listed on this date will have a settlement date of Friday of the current week, with the exception of any contracts not available for trading on Friday, which will have a settlement date of Wednesday of the current week. Additionally:

• Crude Oil, Rbob Gas, and Natural Gas weekly binary contracts offered on this date will close and settle on Friday at 1:30pm ET.

• Wall Street 30, US Tech 100, and US 500 weekly binary contracts offered on this date will close and settle on Friday at 1:15pm ET.

• Corn and Soybean weekly binary contracts offered on this date will close and settle on Friday at 1:00pm ET.

• Weekly Jobless Claims Binary contracts offered on this date will have a last trading date and settlement date of November 24, 2010.

Thursday, November 25, 2010:The Exchange will be closed for Thursday’s trade date (from 6pm Wednesday to 5pm ET Thursday).

Froday, November 26, 2010:The Exchange will open at 8:00 am ET. No Japan 225, Korea 200, or India 50 Daily Binary or Spread contracts will be offered on this trade date for settlement on Friday, November 26, 2010. Additional contract specific trading hours on this date will be as follows:

• Currency Intraday Spread contracts will only be available for the following expiry times: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm ET.

• All Daily and Weekly Binary contracts and Daily Spread contracts based on Nymex Futures prices will have a last trade date close time of 1:30pm ET.

• Wall Street 30, US Tech 100, and US 500 Daily and Weekly Binary contracts and Daily Spread contracts will have a last trade date close time of 1:15pm ET.

• All Daily and Weekly Binary contracts and Daily Spread Corn and Soybean contracts will have a last trade date close time of 1:00pm ET.

• The Intraday contracts expiring at the following times for the assets below will be not be listed: Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Rbob Gas: 2pm Intraday expiry; Wall Street 30, US Tech 100, US 500: 2pm, 3pm, 4pm Intraday expiry.
