Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

No AUD/USD, EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, USD/CAD, or USD/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date April 25, 2022; additionally, no EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:10pm ET expiration time on that day;
No EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date April 26, 2022;
No AUD/USD or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date April 27, 2022;
No EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date April 28, 2022;
No EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date April 29, 2022.
