Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:
No GBP/USD, GBP/JPY, or EUR/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date October 4, 2021; additionally, no AUD/USD, EUR/USD, or USD/JPY 2-Hour binary contracts were listed for the 11:00pm, 3:00am, 7:00am, 11:00am, or 3:00pm ET expiration times on this trade date;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date October 5, 2021;
No EUR/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date October 6, 2021;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date October 8, 2021.
