Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:20pm ET expiration time on trade date October 17, 2022; additionally, no GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:15pm ET, no EUR/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm or 6:10pm ET, and no USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration times on that trade date;
No EUR/JPY, EUR/USD, GBP/JPY or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date October 18, 2022;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date October 19, 2022;
No AUD/USD or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date October 20, 2022; additionally, no GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contracts were listed for the 6:15pm ET expiration time on that day.
