Nadex Self-Certified Weekly Notification of Rule Amendment

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (the “Act”), and §40.6(d) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act, North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (the “Exchange”) hereby submits this Weekly Notification of rule amendments effective during the week of February 10, 2026:

• Rule 5.5 (Order Entry) has been updated to remove the parenthetical related to the period of time a Quote rests in the order book as part of the CDNA Request-for-Quote System. A redline of the Rule update is attached hereto as Appendix A.
