On trade date March 16, 2020, North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”), due to the activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based, and pursuant to the authority granted in Rule 12.1(h) and (i), Nadex took the following actions:
US Indices Daily and Weekly Event contracts were not listed for the open of trade date March 16, 2020.These contracts were listed for trading beginning at 10:41am ET and 10:57am ET, respectively.
US Indices Daily Call Spread contracts were not listed for the open of trade date March 16, 2020.These contracts were listed for trading beginning at 10:45am ET.
US Indices 2-Hour Intraday Event contracts were not listed for the 10:00am ET expiration.These contracts were listed for trading beginning with the 11:00am ET expiration.
US Indices 20-Minute Intraday Event contracts were not listed for the 10:00am ET expiration.These contracts were listed for trading beginning with the 10:20am ET expiration.
US SmallCap 2000 Touch Bracket contracts will not be relisted for the remainder of the week.
FX 5-Minute Intraday Event contracts were not listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration.For expirations which occurred from 6:10pm ET through 6:25pm ET, only the AUD/USD and USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Event contracts were listed.No FX 5-Minute Intraday Event contracts were listed for the 6:30pm ET through 7:05pm ET expiration times.For expirations which occurred from 7:10pm ET through 7:25pm ET, only the AUD/USD, USD/CAD, EUR/USD.All FX 5-Minute Intraday Event contracts were relisted for the 7:30pm ET expiration.
For the trade date March 17, 2020 7:00am ET FX Daily Event contracts expiration time, only the EUR/USD and GBP/USD Daily Event contracts were initially listed.At approximately 1:15pm ET all 7:00am ET expiration FX Daily Event contracts were listed.
