Relisting of Binary Nonfarm Payrolls Contracts, effective Monday, April 30, 2007

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6(a), HedgeStreet has submitted to the Commission its intent to re-list its Binary Nonfarm Payrolls Contracts under a new Weekly Contract duration. Additionally, HedgeStreet amends the same Contracts' Terms of Issuance [represented by Rule 12.30(e)], Last Trading Date [Rule 12.30(j)], and Expiration Value [Rule 12.30(n)].

Trading for the amended Binary Nonfarm Payrolls Contracts commenced at the start of business on Monday, April 30, 2007. Click here to view amendments to the Contracts' corresponding Rule 12.30.
